- 1850: The Governor of Zanján sends a mob against the Bábís, who are being led by Ḥujjat. This mob is dispersed and the Governor sends for reinforcements. Fighting continues for the rest of the year.
- 1891: Seven Bahá'ís are executed in Yazd.
- 1921: The first Race Amity Conference begins in Washington DC. Several prominent Bahá’ís are involved, including Agnes Parsons, Sadie and Mabry Oglesby and their daughter Bertha, and Louis Gregory.
- 1983: The Universal House of Justice raises the number of Counselor members on the International Teaching Center to nine appointing the following new members and introducing five year terms of service to the body:[1]
- 1994: The first National Bahá'í Conference of Armenia is held in Yerevan.
