Objectives

• Consolidate victories won during the First Seven Year Plan
• Complete the interior ornamentation of the House of Worship in Wilmette, Illinois
• Form three National Spiritual Assemblies: Canada, Central America and South America
• Support the spread of the Faith into Europe
• Supplement goals to support Africa

Outcome

• National Spiritual Assemblies formed in Canada, Central America and South America
• Assistance in the systematic spread of the Faith in Europe, including the formation of ten Local Spiritual Assemblies in goal cities
• Interior ornamentation of the House of Worship completed
• Support for the building of the Shrine of the Báb in the Holy Land
• Homefront expansion; more Local Spiritual Assemblies formed
