The British Two Year Plan (1951-1953) was given by Shoghi Effendi to the National Spiritual Assembly of the British Isles.
Goals[edit]
The goals of the Two Year Plan were as follows:[1]
- To strengthen the nineteen Local Spiritual Assemblies already established in the British Isles
- To form nuclei in three dependencies of the British Crown in East or West Africa
- To translate, publish and disseminate Bahá’í literature in three additional African languages
