The Iraqi Three Year Plan (1950-1953) was given by Shoghi Effendi to the National Spiritual Assembly of Iraq.

Goals[edit]

The goals of the Three Year Plan were as follows:[1]

  1. Increase the number of Bahá’í centres
  2. Complete the construction of the National Ḥaẓíratu’l-Quds
  3. Raise contributions to support the National Fund
  4. Establish ten new Local Spiritual Assemblies
  5. Encourage Bahá’í communities in the south of the country.
