The Indian Nineteen Month Plan (1951-1953) was given by Shoghi Effendi to the National Spiritual Assembly of India, Pakistan and Burma.
Goals[edit]
The goals of the Nineteen Month Plan were as follows:[1]
- Offer Rs 2,500,000 to the Shrine of the Báb Fund
- Enrich Bahá’í literature in local languages
- Send pioneers to Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Vietnam, Zanzibar and Madagascar
- Increase the number of Local Spiritual Assemblies in India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka
- Enhance the status of the New Era High School in Panchgani
