The National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of British Isles, also known as the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Great Britain and Ireland,[1] was the body responsible for administrating the Bahá’í Faith in Great Britain and Ireland from 1923 to 1972.
Formed[edit]
On June 6, 1922, the All-England Bahá’í Council was formed.[2] It developed into the National Spiritual Assembly of the British Isles formed in 1923.[3]
The Assembly was disbanded in 1972 when independent Assemblies for the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom were formed.
