Constance "Connie" Langdon-Davies (d. December, 1954) was a British Bahá’í who served on the National Spiritual Assembly of the British Isles.

Background[edit]

Davies was a painter who lived in Torquay where she was active at Dartington Hall which housed an arts school. There were a number of Bahá’ís at Dartington including Mark Tobey and Bernard Leach and she became a Bahá’í through them in December 1936.[1][2]

In 1938 Davies was elected to the National Spiritual Assembly of the British Isles and she served on the body intermittently for fifteen years. She pioneered to Oxford in 1949 to assist efforts to establish a Local Spiritual Assembly. She was serving on the National Assembly when she passed unexpectedly in Oxford in December, 1954.[2]
