- 1867: Mírzá Muhammad-‘Alí, a Bahá'í physician, is executed in Zanján; Áqá Najaf-‘Alíy-i-Zanjání, a disciple of Hujjat, is executed in Tihrán.
- 1899: The Báb's remains arrive in the Holy Land.
- 1983: The Universal House of Justice takes up its permanent seat.
