Bahaipedia:WikiProject Geography/Spiritual Assemblies
The Spiritual Assemblies task force is part of WikiProject Geography dedicated to improving articles on National and Local Spiritual Assemblies on Bahaipedia.
Scope[edit]
Lists of all articles in scope for this task force are maintained at Portal:Contents, under the heading Institutions (for Spiritual Assemblies and regional institutions).
Local institutions[edit]
Owing to the great number of Local Spiritual Assemblies and cluster-level agencies that exist in the world, independent articles about these are not within the scope of the project except where notability is clearly demonstrated. For example, articles about the Local Spiritual Assemblies of New York City, Chicago, and Tehran are in scope because they are historically significant as some of the first such institutions in the world, and because they were directly involved in major events in the development of the Baha'i Faith. In most cases, it should be sufficient to cover the details of local and regional institutions within the article devoted to the city or region.
Members of institutions[edit]
Articles about individual members of Spiritual Assemblies are not in the scope of this project, but they may be in scope of WikiProject Biography, depending on the subject's overall notability.
