- September 12: Abaineh Merhatsion, Ethiopian Bahá’í who served as a Continental Counselor for Africa.
- November 8: Bahman Samandari, Persian Bahá’í who was martyred in Iran.

- May 27: Louise Waite, early American Bahá’í who received many Tablets from ‘Abdu’l-Bahá.
- September 28: Martha Root, posthumously appointed a Hand of the Cause and the foremost travel teacher in the first Bahá’í Century.
- October 1: Ḥáji Mírzá ‘Alí-Akbar-i-Mílaní, prominent Bahá’í of Mílan who served as Secretary of the National Spiritual Assembly of Persia in the 1920's.[3][4]
- December 22: Amín-i-Amín, Persian Bahá’í who served as the third Trustee of Huqúqu'lláh and on the National Spiritual Assembly of Iran.
- December 31: Lady Blomfield, the first Irish Bahá’í who assisted in the development of the Bahá’í community in England.
