- 1848: The Bábís gathered at the Conference of Badasht leave for Mázindarán. Along the way, they are attacked by a mob of more than 500 outside the village of Níyálá.
- 1912: 'Abdul-Bahá presides over the marriage of Grace Robarts (Ober) and Harlan Ober in New York.
