  • 1963: All Bahá’í prisoners of "The Moroccan Case" were set free by decision of the Moroccan Supreme Court after some twenty months.
  • 1981: Eight members of Iran's National Spiritual Assembly are arrested at their meeting in the home of a local Bahá’í. They are sent for a closed trial and secretly executed within 14 days.
  • 1985: For the first time, the United Nations General Assembly adopts a resolution on human rights that specifically mentions the situation of the Bahá’ís of Iran.
  • 2008: Three among a series of 41 regional conferences of the Five Year Plan take place in Stamford, Dallas, and Los Angeles.
