Ritia Kamauti Bakineti is a Kiribati Bahá’í currently serving as a Continental Counselor for Australasia.
As of 2004 Bakineti was working in the field of waste management for the Kiribati branch of the South Pacific Regional Environment Program,[1] and in 2005 she was made National Coordinator of the Kiribati International Waters Project which aimed to work with the community to identify ways to improve waste management.[2][3]
In 2010 Bakineti was first appointed as a Counselor by the Universal House of Justice.[4] In 2018 she participated in a Counselors Conference at the Bahá’í World Centre held shortly after the Twelfth International Convention for consultation on developments in Bahá’í communities around the world.[5]
