Huschmand Sabet (September 29, 1931 - March 25, 2016)[1] was a Persian Bahá’í who served on the National Spiritual Assembly of Germany and published books related to the Bahá’í Faith.[2]
Background[edit]
Sabet was born in Tehran in 1931 but moved to Germany in 1950. He studied electrical engineering, philosophy, and comparative religion at the University of Tubingen.[2]
Sabet had been elected to the National Spiritual Assembly of Germany as of 1961 serving until 1962,[3] and he had been re-elected by 1965 serving into the 1970's.[4][5] He passed away in Germany in 2016.[1]
