- 1990: The first All-Union Bahá'í Conference takes place in Moscow, the first national Bahá'í conference held in the USSR in about 60 years.
- 2008: Three among a series of 41 regional conferences of the Five Year Plan take place in Ulaanbataar, Sydney, and Madrid.
