1875 was a common year of the Gregorian calendar and a common year of the Julian calendar, the 1875th year of the Common Era (CE), the 75th year of the 19th century, and the 6th year of the 1870s decade. As of the start of 1875, the Gregorian calendar was 12 days ahead of the Julian calendar, which remained in localized use until 1923. 1875 corresponds to the years 31–32 of the Bahá'í Era (BE) according to the Badi calendar.
