Hi Claudia,
Welcome to Bahaikipedia and thank you for your request. I'll create http://nl.bahaikipedia.org for you. While that is being set up, do you have any questions?

Hi David,
Thank you very much:) Could you please explain me the difference between a normaal page and a template? All pages on nl.bahaikipedia.org are templates now.
By the way, how did you make this wiki? When you want to make wiki must you download wikimedia and buy a domain or is there an easier way? I am just asking for my studentclub. I could make a wiki for them!
Warm Regards,
Niyoosha
- Hi Niyoosha,
- The difference between a normal page and a template is that template pages are never supposed to be seen by the average user. Pages that begin with "Bahaikipedia:" are not template pages though. On nl.bahaikipedia it would be any page starting "Sjabloon:". If you wanted to format something across many pages you would put that in a template. One change to the template changes the formating across all pages. If you want to learn more about it see http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Sjabloon
- If you are creating an article on anything, you don't need to put Bahaikipedia: before it. That doesn't do anything. Pages with Bahaikipedia: in the URL are identified like that so you know not to include it as part of the encyclopedia. For example, if you wanted to have a discussion page, you could have the page "Bahaikipedia:Discussion". You don't want the discussion to be in the same area as the article on the Bab or Baha'u'llah for example. You can think of "Bahaikipedia:" pages as administrative pages. Does this help?
