Hey Dlherrmann, welcome to bahaipedia. I deleted two pages you made as they already existed (see Hugh Chance and David Ruhe). The general convention for the titles of biographical articles is that titles and initials are omitted unless it is necessary to differentiate or the person is regularly referred to with the initial (e.g., authors). On this, I think the Hugh Chance article is currently just the text from his obituary in The Baha'i World verbatim, so it would be good if you could rework it
