Sonlla Heern is a Bahá’í currently serving as a Continental Counselor for the Americas.
Background[edit]
In her career Heern is the Safe Routes to School Project Coordinator for the company Strengthening Rural Families.[1][2] She is married and her husband is a civic engineer.[3]
Heern was appointed to the Continental Board of Counselors for the Americas in 2013 when Alison Milston was appointed to the International Teaching Center leaving a vacancy and in August that year she represented the Universal House of Justice at a major youth conference in Minneapolis, USA.[4] She has been appointed for full five year terms as Counselor in 2015 and 2020.
