Roger Coe is a former member of the Regional Spiritual Assembly of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova (1993), the Regional Spiritual Assembly of Ukraine and Moldova (1994) and Member of the Auxiliary Board for Protection for the countries of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova (1995-96).
Roger has been involved in the development of the Administrative Order from a philosophical and theoretical perspective as well as from the viewpoint of practice. He has authored papers for the Association for Baha'i Studies on Consultation, the Philosophy of Bahá'u'lláh, the Responsibility of Men in Achieving Equality of the Sexes and the facilitation of Entry by Troops through the use of the communication and information-processing sciences. In 1984 he founded the first Baha'i Computer Users Group and later served as Chairman of the Baha'i Computer and Telecommunications Committee for the Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States. Roger facilitated the first workshop for Baha'i Men in the U.S. (in May 1987) to explore the responsibility of men in achieving equality of the sexes. He also served on the NSA's foundational committee for the establishment of the Native American Baha'i Institute on the Navajo Indian Reservation, where he was a pioneer for 12 years.
