Riaz Khadem

Dr. Riaz Khadem (b. November 27, 1939)[1] is a Persian Bahá’í who has written books on the early life of Shoghi Effendi.

Background[edit]

Khadem was born in Iran into a Bahá’í family to Zikrullah and Javidukht Khadem.[2] He began his education in Iran but later moved to England, where he served as chairman of the National Bahá’í Youth Committee, and the United States for further studies at Oxford and Harvard Universities ultimately completing a doctorate in applied mathematics.[3] While in America he married Linda who was from Milwaukee.[4]

In his professional career Khadem created Total Alignment, a system for improving the functioning of organizations, and currently works as the CEO of Infotrac Inc., a consultancy company he founded which promotes Total Alignment.[5]
