Randie Gottlieb

Randie Gottlieb served for five years on the Regional Baha'i Council of the Northwestern States, and is co-founder of the Mona Foundation, supporting grassroots educational initiatives around the world. She is currently the head of UnityWorks, an international diversity training firm, and professor of multicultural education at Heritage University on the Yakama Nation Reservation. Dr. Gottlieb earned her master’s degree in educational administration from Harvard and her doctorate from Boston University in instructional design. She has authored seven books, is a frequent conference presenter, and has been a Bahá'í since 1971.
