Formed[edit]
The Universal House of Justice called for an independent National Assembly for the Malaysian state of Sarawak due to a high level of Baha'i activity in Sarawak and Sabah.[1]
The National Spiritual Assembly of Sarawak was formed in 1998. Sarawak had been under the jurisdiction of the National Assembly of Malaysia prior to 1998.[2]
Current Members, 2010[edit]
The present members of the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Sarawak are: Mr. Chin Chia Chau, Mr. Yong Kiong Choon, Mdm. Kong Ah Fah, Mr. Dajai Mancha, Mr. Tipik Ladi, Mr. Narong Singau, Mr. Terrence Tinggi, Mdm. Marilyn Madu Inggol and Mr. Robert Ting Sing Houng. Their term of service will end on the 20 April 2011
