Gayle Morrison is an American Bahá'í from Hawaii who served as a Counsellor for Australasia. She is an educator, businesswoman, and also a Bahá'í historian. She served on the Editorial Board of World Order in the 1970's.[1]
In 1982 Gayle wrote the book To Move the World, a biography of Louis Gregory. She gave the annual Hasan Balyuzi Lecture speaking about the book at the Seventh Bahá'í Studies Conference, and also spoke on the book at the twenty-third Green Lake Conference, in 1982.[2][3] She received a certificate of commendation from the Hawaii State Senate and House of Representatives for the book.[4]
In 1985 the Universal House of Justice appointed her to the Continental Board of Counsellors for Australasia for a five year term.[5] She attended the 1986 Hawaii National Convention as Counsellor.[6] She was reappointed for a second term as Counsellor in 1990.
