Djalal Eghrari (May 24, 1926 - May 24, 1983) was a Persian Bahá’í who pioneered to Brazil where he served as a National Spiritual Assembly member.
Background[edit]
Eghrari was born in Tehran in 1926.[1] He pioneered to Brazil at some point and was elected to the National Spiritual Assembly of Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and Venezuela when it was established in 1957 serving until 1960.[2] He later served on the independent National Spiritual Assembly of Brazil being elected in 1963.[3]
In his personal life Eghrari married Mahrou Vahdat and they had three children.[1]
As of the 1990's a Rural Institute had been named after him in Iranduba, Brazil.[4]
