Development Learning Press is the imprint now used for several of the workbooks of the Junior Youth Programme, used in conjunction with the Ruhi curriculum. As Palabra Publications and the Development Learning Press were both based in the Palm Beach area, and as both produce books to support the Ruhi programme, there may be some kind of link between the two publishers. However, Development Learning Press publications from late 2014 onwards give an alternative address, in Cali, Colombia. The logo used on the front of the books features a hardback book, open at the centre, as if lying on a flat surface. From behind the book are five shapes in a "fan" arrangement, collectively suggesting a fountain, a hill, a highway, or perhaps the emergence of ideas from the book.
