Front cover.

Charter of a Divine Civilization is a compilation of excerpts from the writings of Shoghi Effendi compiled and published by the National Spiritual Assembly of the United States in 1956.

It focused on collecting passages relevant to the Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Bahá and Bahá'í administrative institutions. It is short, consisting of just fourteen pages, and all of its contents except for the introduction written by the United States National Spiritual Assembly are published elsewhere.
