It's great to hear from you. Right now I am in Sandakan, East Malaysia, but from the United States originally. I am very excited that you would like to help with the project in German and maybe Russian! That is a great great service! :) I will set up de.bahaikipedia.org and get it running as soon as possible. For now create an account on admins.bahaikipedia.org. That is a place for the admins of all the projects to easily communicate with each other to discuss ideas and issues facing the projects. Also, have you viewed the commons? All images there can be used just like they were uploaded locally.
