Early Contacts: "...He was later freed and lived in Astrakhan (see Azerbaijan)..." Astrakhan is not in Azerbaijan, this is a factual error. Whoever might be the author, it should be cleared whether Astrakhan or Azerbaijan is meant.
- What governorate(s) was the territory of modern Azerbaijan part of at the time? Baku governorate was formed in 1846 and Erivan in 1850, and my understanding is that before that time much of southeastern Russia was included in Astrakhan governorate. So if Astrakhan is taken to refer to the governorate and not the city, that statement may be correct, albeit extremely unclear.... Chamdarae 12:11, 20 October 2007 (MDT)
- This page is mainly sourced from an article written for inclusion in a Baha'i encyclopedia project. The reference probably comes from that article, and probably refers to a different article in that same series. This page should be edited to remove or clarify these kinds of references.
