From Bahaipedia

Shahín "Shirin" Dálvand (December 25, 1957 - June 18, 1983) was a Persian Bahá’í who was martyred in Iran.
Biography[edit]
Dálvand was born into a Bahá’í family in Shiraz in 1957. While her birth name was Shahín she was known as Shirin to family and friends from an early age. She studied a degree in sociology at the University of Shiraz and opted to stay in Iran to complete the degree when her family moved to the United Kingdom in 1979, her last year of studies. She also decided to remain in Iran after graduating.[1]
On November 29, 1982, Dálvand was arrested at a Bahá’í youth meeting and she was executed by hanging alongside nine fellow Bahá’í women on June 18, 1983. Her body was not returned to her family for burial.[1]
