Seoul is the capital city of South Korea, and one of the largest metropolises on Earth, with a population of roughly ten million in the city itself and a similar number living in various satellite cities. Agnes Alexander visited Seoul in 1921 and spoke at a public meeting on September 1 of that year in front of an audience of about 900 people. The first Local Spiritual Assembly of Seoul was elected in 1956.
