Pamela Ringwood

Pamela Elsie Ringwood (1930 - March 19, 2014) was an Australian Baháʼí who served on the National Spiritual Assembly of Australia and the National Spiritual Assembly of New Zealand. In her career she was a lawyer and social worker.

Pamela worked in law specializing in social services. She served on the National Spiritual Assembly of Australia from 1960 to 1967 and moved to New Zealand in 1968 where she was also elected to the National Spiritual Assembly. She adopted three children in the 1970's.

From 1993 to 2001 she served on the Waitangi Tribunal which assisted reconciliation between Maori and Europeans. She also worked as a legal academic at the University of Auckland, serving as a member of its committee for Peace and Study and Research. She also served on the board of the New Zealand Foundation for Peace Studies.
