The National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of South Central Africa was a body which administrated the Bahá’í community in the region of South Central Africa.

History[edit]

The National Spiritual Assembly of South Central Africa was established in 1964. It administrated Bechuanaland (now Botswana), Northern and Southern Rhodesia (now Zambia and Zimbabwe), and Nyasaland (now Malawi).

Zambia established an independent Assembly in 1967, and Botswana, Malawi and Southern Rhodesia (as Rhodesia) established independent Assemblies in 1970.[1]
