A Commentary on the Interdependence of Rulers and Learned. Published in 1984, this little booklet gives an outline on the role of both Divinely Appointed Arms of the Administrat6ive Order. The term 'rulers and learned' was used by Baha'u'llah to define the two lines of administrative authority and responsibility in His Faith. This book explains the relationship of rulers and learned to eah other through a fascinating account f the rise and development of the Baha'i Institutions such as The Universal House of Justice, the International Teachig Center, Local and National Spiritual Assemblies, Continental Boards of Counselors, and Auxiliary Boards and their assistants, and the Baha'i Faith.
