Mahmúd Hasanzádih (November 7, 1939 - September 8, 1980) was a Persian Bahá’í who was martyred in Iran.

Hasanzádih was born in Yazd in 1939 to a Bahá’í mother an Muslim father. He became a Bahá’í and in 1978 he was elected to the Local Spiritual Assembly of Yazd.[1]
On June 18, 1980, Hasanzádih was arrested at his sister's home and on September 9 the same year he was executed by shooting alongside six prominent Bahá’ís of Yazd being the youngest of the seven martyrs.[1]
