Kirmán (or Kerman) is the capital city of Iran's Kerman Province.

Kirmán was mentioned by Bahá’u’lláh in the Kitáb-i-Aqdas, styled as the "Land of Káf and Rá". In this mention, Bahá’u’lláh laments that He finds Kirmán in a "state displeasing unto God", but prophecies that God would eventually raise up within it "men endued with mighty valor, who will magnify My Name ... With their own eyes will they behold God, and with their own lives will they render Him victorious".
