Jan Teofil Jasion is a Canadian Bahá’í and a librarian, editor, journalist and author. He was born in Toronto in 1945. Studied at the University of Windsor, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Jagiellonian University and Loughborough University. As a librarian worked in public, university and government libraries in Labrador City, Fredericton, and Ottawa in Canada and in Cardiff, Wales and Bolton, England. He served twice at the Bahá'í International Library in Haifa. He worked as an editor and journalist in Poland for the Polish Press Agency and the Univerity of Warsaw Philosophy Department. Currently retired and lives in France with his wife Annie-Joëlle.
