The International Bahá’í Library is the fifth and final building which will be raised on the Arc. It will be on the left of the observer as he stands facing the entrance to the International Teaching Centre Building, and will be built as a mirror image of the International Archives Building. The ground at this point falls away, so some reshaping of the ground will be necessary for its foundation.

It is rumoured that the Guardian of the Faith hinted at some connection between the completion of the buildings on the Arc and the signing of the universal peace treaty.
