Gedichte aus Prairies of Possibilities is a dual language, German/English, collection of poems from Prairies of Possibilities by Duane L. Herrmann. The book was created in response to a request made of the poet after giving a poetry reading from the source book in Reckendorf, Bavaria in 2007. He was asked if he would translate the entire book. From that point his goal was to have a dual language book when he returned to Germany. That return trip happened in 2019, and he had this book with him. In the notes in the back is information on the Bahá’í Faith for the interested reader. The book was published in 2019 by Buffalo Press.
