Downers Grove is a village in the U.S. State of Illinois. It is considered a suburb of Chicago.
History[edit]
There were Bahá’ís living in Downers Grove as of 1944 although the community was too small for any form of administration to be formed.[1]
In 1968 the Local Spiritual Assembly of Downers Grove was established,[2] although by 1971 the Assembly was at risk of lapsing,[3] and by 1975 the village no longer had an Assembly.[4]
