Brian D. Lepard

Brian D. Lepard is an international human rights law specialist and an associate professor of law at the University of Nebraska. He is a former editor of the Yale Journal of International Law and has served at the United Nations office of the Bahá’í International Community. He is the author of Rethinking Humanitarian Intervention: A Fresh Legal Approach Based on Fundamental Ethical Principles in International Law and World Religions. He and his family live in Lincoln, Nebraska.[1]
