Anna's presentation, Anna's conversation, or Introductory conversation (sometimes informally called the "Flip chart") is a teaching guide from Ruhi Book 6. It focuses on taking the participant through the fundamentals of the Bahá’í Faith using images, text, and selected quotations from the Writings. During the presentation it is common for the audience members to participate by reading the quotations or discussing the topics. However, it does not mean one must all teach in exactly the same way with exactly the same words, but rather so that one learn carefully the concepts that when shared in a systematic, clear and confident way, will aid the seeker’s heart to be opened to a greater understanding of the spiritual truths of Bahá’u’lláh’s Revelation. It is in this context then, that Aotearoa Institute is encouraging those who complete Book 6 and are working in teaching teams to consider using this tool to memorize the concepts from Anna’s Story.
In the original book (Ruhi Book 6) Anna is a young Bahá'í who is explaining the Faith to her friend. She does so in a systematic, yet flexible, way. This is an intimate conversation between two people. As is clear from the above paragraph, the presentation/conversation modelled in Book 6 can be used in a more formal way with an "audience" of several people, but this is not how it is presented in Book 6.
